I have something very special for you here today. This strategy is a real think outside the box Listbuilding techniques. It will give you the opportunity to mix it up wit people with lists much larger that your own.

Lets get into it.

This method is based around using a zip file to give away you ebook, video etc.. instead of using a direct link to the free gift. When doing this I add my ebook and also a html file redirecting to a Joint Ventures squeeze page. I will explain why I do this for JV’s later.

Creating the redirect files is pretty simple. Copy the following into notepad on your PC

As you can see that it says PRODUCT NAME in two places you put the name of the product here inside the inverted comma’s e.g. 1000 PLR Articles or Listbuilding ebook or whatever the offer is.

You will also see where you have to put in the URL that you partner gives you where it says PUT YOUR AFFILIATE URL HERE also inside the inverted comma’s.

When you have this done go to

FILE
SAVE AS
pick the folder that you want to save it to
then name your file something like
FAST ACTION BONUS.html
after that go below where it says
ENCODING
and select
UTF-8
Then hit save and that is your html file ready to go.

Ok, so once you have the file with the redirect made it’s time to get extra traffic from your partners and JV’s

Method 1 – I’m able to ad swap with people who send more clicks than I usually would. Let’s say I could only send 50 clicks in an email. Only sending to my email list limits my swaps to those that can send 50 clicks.

Adding these extra links in your download file allows you to send more clicks. Nearly everyone that subscribes to your list that day will click that BONUS link in the zip folder.

I’m using about 6 different methods to build my lists. Adding these html redirects adds an extra 100 clicks per day to my adswaps because of every list building method I utilize. What used to be a 50 click swap can now be a 150 click swap.

This next method is the real cream of getting big list owners to give you solo ads for free.

This method is called Banking Clicks.

Method 2 – Banking Clicks… I have a deal arranged to bank clicks. This means I can continually send a venture partner clicks until I hit a certain limit. Once that limit is reached, they will repay the favor and send a solo for the same amount of clicks.

Adding these zip file links causes my clicks to reach the limit
very quickly. Every week, I get at leased one 500 click solo ads because of my click banking arrangements thus far. With an optin rate of 50% thats and extra 250 subscribers per week without any extra effort on my part.

Pretty cool.

Finding people to bank clicks.

There are two main places I use to find people with big lists that is the Warrior Forum and Safe-swaps.com. I simply send them an email telling them what I’m doing and if they would be interested in participating with me. Most people are pretty open to this as you are sending them the traffic first and it is quality traffic that has opted into your list.

I have been trying out alot of new marketing strategies lately. As you probably know I use listbuilders and safelists on a regular basis to build my optin list along with adswaps and giveaways.

I have added a few other strategies to the fold now. It’s a little more work but no one said making a living on the internet was going to be easy right. So I am now starting to concentrate on, along with the strategies above, video, articles and traffic exchanges.

Video Marketing

I have started to put up videos on youtube but will be starting to use trafficgyser for my video marketing very soon. This will get my videos out to alot more sites in now time at all. I have also started to use a tool that I got for free but is going on sale very soon for around $500 called Tubefool. Tubefool sends out friend requests to people on youtube and it just works in the background while you get on with your other work. You can also share videos with it and get comments on your channel. Very cool and I highly recommend it. From using it alone I have had massive traffic to my youtube channel which is still very young.

Article Marketing

I am not a great content writer by any means so I decided to outsource this part of my marketing. I also needed to outsource because time is another factor in letting me get stuff done. I found a guy on the warrior forum who writes excellent articles for a very reasonable fee.

Traffic Exchanges

Alot of people will tell you that traffic exchanges don’t work but I think that has more to do with not knowing how to use them properly. I have put together a little video on how to use traffic exchange so go ahead and watch how I put between 10 and 20 subscriber on my list per day with traffic exchanges.

I have been getting stuck in and implementing alot of new online marketing strategies this week. I suppose I should have been doing this stuff earlier but just didn’t have the time or money to get them done. Now that I am making money I have been putting some of it back into my business to build it up.

Squeeze Page Split Testing

The first thing that I have been doing is split testing my sqeeze page. I know I know I should have been doing this along time ago but I didn’t do it. What a big mistake as my conversions are going up now all the time.

This is such an easy strategy to implement. Just head over to Google Optimizer and have your original squeeze page plus a page that you have changed a little that are both uploaded to your server.

You will have to ad a few bits of code, that Google Optimizer will give to you, to the pages. Then just go through the steps that are lined out for you. The variation page that I am testing is actually doing better than my original.

When I have this test run I will be using the winning page as my original and create another to test against it. This is so cool and free as well so get on to this now and increase your conversions.

Tell A Friend

The next online marketing strategy that I want to tell you about is something that will explode your list. I just discovered this last night and had a “ah ha” moment.

This little strategy consists of using a ‘Tell a Friend’ page just after your optin page. Its really quite simple just offer an extra freebie for a few email addresses from your new subscriber. Its pretty simple thinking that if the person that just opted in is interested in what you are offering then they probably have friends that are interested aswell.

To get one of these scripts simply do a search on Google for ‘Free Tell A Friend Scripts’. There are loads there to choose from.

Some Excellent New Advertising Resources

I have been testing a few new resources and these really rock guys. Now to be fair I have taken the upgrade on these but only after I tested them first. I still use my Top 10 Traffic Sites along with these sites.

1. Adchiever

This is my number one traffic source at the minute. Even as a free member on this site you can mail to 1200 once per day but with the upgrade which is quite resonable at around $20 you get to mail the entire list which is around 4,500. I was getting so much traffic as a free member I just had to upgrade.

2. Build My Downlines

This is another site from Darren Orlander who owns adchiever. I took the $247 lifetime upgrade which lets you mail over 3000 people every 3 day and this is now my number 2 traffic supplier. If you join as a free member you can mail every 7 days which is good for testing the system.

3. State Of The Art Mailer

This is a great site even as a free member because the more you click for credits the more levels you can go up in the mailer. They have what they call escalation buttons. As a free member you can mail to 500 subscribers but if you click the emails that are sent you can build up to the 3000 button which you guessed it you can mail to 3000 subscribers.

I took the upgrade to 3000 subscriber minimum send every three days
and it sent me nearly 200 clicks.

To tell you that these upgrades have effected my traffic and listbuilding is an understatment. Just two of these little changes that I have outlined here have tripled my daily subscriber intake and when I get the Tell a Friend scripted installed tonight well the sky is the limit.

I’m off on holidays now in about 4 days so I thought I would check in with everyone. I have been a bit lax these daywith my blog and not really keeping up to the one post a week but that will change after the holidays.

With the adswaps I was using Paul Lynch’s list to get my list
going and adswaps done pretty well for me overall. There are
a few downfalls to adswaps and when a few go wrong at the same
time you really wonder is it worth it.

Your ad doesn’t get sent out at the time it suppose to and you
contact your partner. There are two things that can happen here
number one is that he sees that your ad wasn’t sent out and sends
it immediately which is fine.

The second thing that can happen is that you get no response
from the other partner even after a few emails so you have sent
out their ad and they build their list but you don’t.

Another thing that can happen which has only happened once to
me is that your offer doesn’t convert well on the partners list.
I have seen me getting alot of clicks and no optins but this does
happen and at the end of the day you cannot guarantee signups
you can only get them traffic and the offer has to do the work from there.

This takes me to my second point which is tracking. Tracking is probably the single most important thing for an online marketer. If
your not tracking your dead in the water as you could be throwing
good advertising money down the drain.

I know we have been all told that you have google analytics set up
on your site which tells you where your traffic is coming from and
aweber can tell you alot about the optins you get but you really
need something far more powerful that these tools.

I myself use Pro Tracker Plus which is probably one of the best trackers around. It will tell you exactly which site that youroptin come from and it will also tell you how much you make from each click. This is very useful when you are paying for advertising and you can drop anything that is not converting well.

This is a very good tool when you are doing adswaps as you will be
bringing in leads from different sources and you want to know your
exact clicks and optins from each adswap partner.
